Somewhat Disappointing...
Since the beginning of Ottmar Liebert's career, I have been a fan. Unfortunately, one of the most disappointing concerts I have ever seen was his performance at Hollywood Bowl on 5/7/10. He promised to play his "old" material after the intermission for the audience. What we had expected was not what we got, as only 3 of his "old" songs were played, and they were off key. His voice is not what it used to be. The audience, the majority of the thousands of people there, who paid an average of $100 per ticket, should get to hear what they came to hear. They were yelling out names of his older, popular songs/hits, but they were not performed. Very disappointing. Waste your money on concert tickets if you want to hear Ottmar Liebert's older hits; listen to your iPod instead.
